These terms are an agreement between you and DataNova Software Incorporated ("DataNova", "we", "us"), a company based in Nova Scotia, Canada, covering your use of the StreamScoreLive app and its companion features (the "App"). By installing or using the App you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
StreamScoreLive is a live production and scoreboard tool. It captures video and audio from your device, overlays a scoreboard and other graphics you control, and sends the result to a streaming destination you choose, such as your own YouTube channel, your own Facebook Page, or an RTMP server you operate. A second device can act as a remote control over a local connection. The App runs on your devices; DataNova does not operate a service that receives, stores, or relays your streams.
Some features of the App may require a paid subscription purchased through Google Play. Prices are shown in the App before you buy. Purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Google Play under its own terms; DataNova does not collect or store your payment details. Features that are free at the time you install the App may become part of a paid plan in a later version, but we will not charge you without your purchase through Google Play.
Everything you capture, enter, or add in the App, including video, audio, scores, rosters, statistics, photos, and sponsor images, stays yours. We do not claim any rights to it. Because the App stores this content only on your devices and sends it only to the destinations you choose, backing it up is your responsibility.
How the App uses your device's camera, microphone, location, Bluetooth, and sign-in accounts is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
We may update, change, or discontinue features of the App at any time, including to keep up with changes made by Google, Meta, or Android. We will try to keep the App working with current versions of those services, but we cannot guarantee that a destination or sign-in method will remain available.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available". Live streaming depends on your devices, your network, and third-party services outside our control, so we do not promise that a stream will start, stay connected, or reach its destination, or that the App will be free of errors or interruptions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DataNova is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid us for the App in the twelve months before the claim, or CAD $50 if you paid nothing. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, in which case they apply only to the extent permitted.
You can stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end your access to paid features or to the App if you break these terms. Sections about your content, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be brought in the courts of Nova Scotia, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
If these terms change, the updated version will be posted at this same address with a new effective date above. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated terms.
